(Privium SG) is authorised to conduct regulated fund management activities in Singapore and is licensed with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as licensed fund management company (LFMC). Privium SG provides a range of investment management solutions including investment oversight, portfolio management, fund structuring, compliance, risk management and middle office operations.

Licensed Fund Management Company

As a LFMC, portfolio managers are registered through Privium SG as licensed representatives (LR) to conduct asset management activities in Singapore. LRs have to be fulltime employees of Privium SG. Under Privium’s SG LFMC license, portfolio managers are allowed to conduct fund management activities such as portfolio construction and allocation, research and advisory, business development and marketing or client servicing of accredited/institutional investors.
